Access to culture for all is one of the cornerstones of Paris Musées policy.

As an important gesture of openness and a desire to share this wonderful cultural heritage, access to the permanent collections is free.* In addition, we have implemented a new reception policy along with appropriate pricing for temporary exhibitions, and a special focus on visitors who are less likely to get involved in high culture.

Training

Awareness-raising visits are a necessary first step in meeting professionals and developing joint projects.

Paris Musées supports social mediators in their preparations for group visits by offering free training courses.

Organising your group visit

Groups in the social field are entitled to preferential rates for all activities organised by City of Paris museums:

Lecture visits: 30 €

Take part in discovery tours of the collections or exhibitions, as well as thematic tours with a speaker.

These visits can be adapted according to the profile of the group; do not hesitate to share information about the group when making your reservation.

Activity visits: 30€

Have fun exploring the museums, with storytelling, dramatised visits, or guided tours featuring visual and sensory experiences.

Walks and outreach activities: 38€

Walks are sometimes organised as a different way to discover Paris: you explore the city's districts from a historical or literary perspective.

The City of Paris museums also organise outreach activities: visual arts workshops, storytelling, discovering the collections, and more (subject to your structure's ability to host cultural actors. Special equipment for the activity may be requested.).

Workshops : 45€

The City of Paris museums offer workshops in artistic practices.

Some museums have special resources for people learning French.

Free of charge for the permanent collections, with the exception of the Catacombs of Paris, the Archaeological Crypt of the Île de la Cité, and certain museums when the exhibition is presented in the permanent collections.
